Dates
Tours occur from mid-March to mid-December and are subject to Jeff’s availability.
Payment Types
Accepted forms of payment are debit cards, credit cards, checks, PayPal, and Zelle.
Gratuities
Unless noted, gratuities are not included. (restaurant, housekeeping, Tour Director)
Contract
A signed contract from the group leader is required for each small group tour.
Prayer and Devotions
Each day will feature a brief prayer and devotional time in the van. The devotions will be by video.
Changes
The details of each tour presented online and in the catalog are examples. Those details can change based on the preferences of your group. The prices of each tour presented online and in the catalog are also examples. Your actual price may change based on your selected dates and attractions.
Registrations
Please register for your tour on our website by clicking on the “Register for Your Tour” button. A separate registration must be completed for each person. Thank you!
Deposit Payments
The deposit for overnight tours is $100. The deposit for one-day tours is up to 50% of the tour cost.
Final Payments
The final payment is due no later than 45 days before departure.
Final Details
A Final Details packet will be mailed to each guest approximately 2 weeks before departure. The packet will contain final details, a final schedule, hotel details, and gratuity envelopes.
Minimum Number
JCJ reserves the right to cancel a tour if the minimum number of 8 guests has not been reached 45 days before departure. Full refunds will be provided. To avoid a possible cancelation due to low registration numbers, each open spot below 8 will result in a charge. ($150 per open spot for overnight tours, 50% of the total cost per open spot for one-day tours.)
Personal Identification
Guests are advised to carry a government-issued photo ID on all tours.
Luggage Trailer
A 5’x8’ enclosed trailer will be used to store luggage on most overnight tours.
Cancellations
If a guest needs to cancel their tour for any reason, the following refund policy will apply: 45+ days prior to departure = full refund. 31-44 days prior to departure = 75% refund. 16-30 days prior to departure = 50% refund. 15 days or less prior to departure = no refund.
Roommate Cancellations
If a roommate cancels 45+ days prior to departure, the remaining person(s) will be charged the applicable accommodation rate for the number of persons occupying the room.
